Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "5bmw6" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 5bmw6.vip, operating under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
- "Platform" / "Service" refers to the 5bmw6 website (5bmw6.vip), including all games, features, content, tools, and services accessible through it.
- "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform and uses the Service.
- "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player through which the Player accesses the Platform, manages funds, and participates in games.
- "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet placed using funds held in the Player's Account balance, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives awarded by 5bmw6 subject to specific wagering conditions.
- "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising document-based confirmation of a Player's identity and age in accordance with PAGCOR's and the Company's compliance requirements.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for licensing and overseeing gaming operators in the Philippines.
- "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to the Player's designated payment method.
- "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering regulations applicable to gaming operators in the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its implementing rules.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5bmw6 governing your access to and use of the Platform and all associated services. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any component of the Platform, you conclusively confirm that:
- You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and understand their content;
- You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions unconditionally and without reservation;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
- You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and you accept sole responsibility for your wagering decisions.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not register an account. Use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.
These Terms and Conditions are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
21+ Strictly Enforced. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the Platform in any capacity. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
To be eligible to use the 5bmw6 Platform and maintain an active Account, you must at all times:
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law;
- Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law;
- Not be subject to a self-exclusion order from 5bmw6 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator;
- Not be a registered problem gambler or listed in any voluntary or involuntary exclusion program;
- Not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 5bmw6 or any affiliated company, game provider, or third-party service provider with access to non-public platform information;
- Not be a close family member of a 5bmw6 employee where such play would constitute a conflict of interest;
- Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
- Possess a valid Philippine government-issued identification document sufficient to complete KYC verification.
5bmw6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by 5bmw6 shall entitle the Company to suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Account Registration
Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to:
- A valid Philippine mobile number to which you have exclusive access;
- A secure password chosen by you;
- Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age;
- Confirmation that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point of account management is accurate and not misleading. 5bmw6 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for OTP authentication and account security.
5bmw6 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — applications from persons located in restricted jurisdictions, persons who have previously had accounts closed for policy violations, or applications that fail automated fraud screening.

Account Security
You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and withdrawal PIN. 5bmw6 implements mandatory OTP two-factor authentication on all accounts; however, this does not diminish your personal responsibility for account security.
You agree and acknowledge the following:
- Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited;
- You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device;
- You must not access the Platform via public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks without appropriate personal security measures;
- 5bmw6 will never request your password, OTP code, or withdrawal PIN through any communication channel including live chat, SMS, or email. Any such request is fraudulent;
- You must notify 5bmw6 Customer Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account;
- All activities conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed authorized and binding.
5bmw6 maintains session monitoring and anomaly detection systems. Logins from unfamiliar devices or IP addresses may trigger additional verification steps. These security measures are implemented for your protection and are non-negotiable.

Deposits & Payments
All transactions on the 5bmw6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction via GCash and Maya; minimum amounts may vary by payment channel as published in the Cashier section of the Platform;
- Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice;
- Timing: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15–60 minutes depending on banking system conditions. 5bmw6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors;
- Currency: All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation;
- Deposit limits: Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any request to raise deposit limits as a responsible gaming measure;
- Rejected deposits: 5bmw6 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified or that raise AML or fraud concerns. Rejected deposits will be returned via the original payment method;
- Third-party funding: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be flagged for AML review.
5bmw6 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 5bmw6's control.

Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. A valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, passport, or driver's license) is required;
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per request;
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. 5bmw6 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed to an alternative verified method;
- Processing time: Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed;
- Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as published in the Cashier section. VIP players may be entitled to higher limits as specified in their VIP tier benefits;
- Bonus-funded withdrawals: Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds;
- AML holds: 5bmw6 is required by Philippine law to conduct AML screening on withdrawal requests that meet certain thresholds. Withdrawals subject to AML review may be delayed pending compliance assessment;
- Unclaimed balances: Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) months may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions
5bmw6 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times);
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the applicable promotion terms;
- Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation;
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the promotion terms;
- Abuse: 5bmw6 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably determines that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse promotional offers through any means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors;
- Changes: 5bmw6 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered mobile number.

Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 5bmw6 Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface:
- RNG certification: All software-based game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited for compliance with statistical randomness standards;
- Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 5bmw6 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant wager amount. Wagers or winnings generated during a verified malfunction shall not be honoured;
- Game records: The server-side game record maintained by 5bmw6 shall be the definitive and binding record of all wagers, outcomes, and transactions in the event of any discrepancy with the Player's local display;
- Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits are published within each game. Attempts to place wagers outside these limits will not be processed;
- Disconnection: 5bmw6 is not liable for disconnection or loss of service caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party network. Bets placed prior to disconnection remain binding;
- Live dealer games: Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each table as announced by the host dealer. In case of ambiguity, the game rules displayed in the game interface shall prevail.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5bmw6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law;
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to exploit, automate, or manipulate game outcomes or the Platform's systems;
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
- Engaging in collusion with other players or 5bmw6 personnel for the purpose of influencing game outcomes;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying source code;
- Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward 5bmw6 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
- Making fraudulent chargeback claims against legitimate deposits;
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

Responsible Gaming
Gambling can be addictive and carries significant financial risk. 5bmw6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. Players aged 21 and above only.
5bmw6 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings without the need to contact Customer Support:
- Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;
- Loss limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods. Reductions take effect immediately;
- Session time limits: Maximum continuous play session duration, after which the Player is automatically logged out;
- Reality checks: Optional periodic reminders showing session duration and net balance change;
- Temporary self-exclusion: Account suspension for a defined period (minimum 30 days, maximum 12 months);
- Permanent self-exclusion: Irreversible account closure for problem gambling. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 5bmw6 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bmw6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent from 5bmw6;
- Create derivative works based on Platform content;
- Use 5bmw6's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written authorisation;
- Frame or link to Platform content for commercial purposes;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bmw6's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5bmw6 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;
- Losses caused by interruptions in third-party payment processing services;
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end;
- Losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or acts of war;
- Decisions made by you to wager specific amounts or play specific games.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 5bmw6's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Closure
5bmw6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other financial crime;
- Confirmed or suspected use of the Account by a person under 21 years of age;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
- Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so;
- Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months;
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
Upon Account closure for cause, 5bmw6 may withhold funds pending investigation of the circumstances giving rise to closure. Where closure is initiated by the Player for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), the Account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the original deposit method following completion of applicable security checks.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a specific game outcome, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first contact 5bmw6 Customer Support via the in-platform live chat system, providing full details of the dispute including relevant transaction references, game session IDs, and timestamps.
5bmw6 will acknowledge receipt of formal disputes within 24 hours and will aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving complete information. Complex disputes involving game outcome verification or third-party payment investigations may require additional time, which will be communicated to you.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through 5bmw6's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division as the relevant regulatory authority. 5bmw6 is fully cooperative with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures and will provide all requested documentation to facilitate resolution.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments to Terms
5bmw6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the Platform's login page, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice unless the change is required by regulatory mandate or urgent security necessity.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions, together with the effective date, is always available on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:
- Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended;
- Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012);
- Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012);
- Presidential Decree No. 1602 and applicable PAGCOR charter provisions governing gaming operations;
- Such other laws, regulations, and issuances as may be applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines from time to time.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue.
